At PMA Assessment and Counseling (PMA) we strive to serve a diverse range of clients, populations, presenting problems etc. That being said, from a clinician standpoint, you will always have full control over your caseload. That is, who you see and how many clients you choose to see, will always be in your control. We will ensure that you are supported and provided with everything you need to ensure that you have a balanced and fruitful career!

 

We will handle all billing, scheduling and client outreach. Our goal for our clinicians is to allow them to focus on their clinical work with a supportive team on the backend. Additionally, if there are any trainings or courses of interest, we strongly encourage and do our best to financially support our clinicians growth.

 

Our clinicians set their own schedules, receive full administrative support, pay period is biweekly with competitive reimbursement split (ranging from 50%-65%). Full-time clinicians also receive a membership to a rock climbing gym and yoga studio.

 

Currently, we are accepting CV/resumes for both full-time and part-time positions, in-office and hybrid positions as well.

 

Requirements:

 

Master’s or doctoral degree

 

Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio

 

Malpractice insurance (1M/3M)

 

Commitment of 12 hours weekly minimum
