I Alyssa and I am a licensed therapist who specializes in complex trauma and PTSD. I have a very eclectic approach to therapy; where I pull from many different evidence based practices. I mostly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and person centered approaches. I tailor therapy to the needs of my client and on a case by case basis.

In my personal life, I do a lot of hiking, camping, kayaking, and rock climbing. I have never found more peace and solitude than I have in those spaces; and I strive to provide peace and solitude for my clients.
